Cons (-) Heater did not work. Tried multiple times and multiple options. Front desk agent at check out credited a small amount back - but did not change having an elderly parent cold overnight...
Pros (+) Loved that there was an indoor pool and hot tub. Close to the aquarium. Lobby was clean, warm and inviting. Even decorated for Halloween.
Cons (-) Our room had a very funky smell to it. Room 209.
