Despite some construction the hotel seems to be undergoing, the hotel was in great shape and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location was ideal being so close to Central Park and the theatre district. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cons (-) Dated hotel, staff unorganized with poor systems which meant lots of miscommunication, service quality not up to par for a LM.

Cons (-) The $25 fee per guest. Really? What a rip off. BUT, it includes free wifi! And a bottle of water! Many hotels offer wifi and water for free to anyone that signs up for their loyalty/rewards program (which is free!) You do get a $10 credit, though, which can be used to purchase a $20 drink on the roof top. Stop gaming your customers.

Pros (+) Nice upscale, modern and hip boutique hotel. Close to my work in midtown and 6 1/2 Ave. Friendly and consistent staff. Fantastic in room amenities. Comfy bed and nice big bathroom, robes and slippers.
