Super comfortable bed and zero noise. Total blackout curtains. Amazing service. Room service food was delicious.
I LOVE this hotel!!!! After living in NYC, my husband and I moved back to our hometown in the SF Bay Area. Years later, I have visited NYC annually with my daughter. Now, my grown-up daughter lives in the Big Apple, and I visit NYC nearly every month either to spend time with my daughter or for work. I've been southing hotels closer to my daughter & work projects ... our regular hotel is on the Upper East Side. The Witby is FABULOUS and I'm excited to return in a couple of weeks!!!!!
There is not one thing to dislike about this hotel ... it's incredibly clean, quiet, the staff is AMAZING, and the artwork/interior design is incredible. I haven't eaten a meal in the restaurant, but did enjoy a glass of one or two during our two night stay.
Breakfast was great - coffee good too! Staff very friendly and helpful. V professional.
Wish there could have been tea making facilities in the room.
Amazingly appointed rooms - super comfortable, much larger than average and very quiet. Staff is extremely helpful and happy to be of service
The street it is on is very dirty, but worth walking through it to get to the hotel
