Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, often mentioning beautiful views and proximity to attractions. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests highlighting outstanding service. Breakfast, especially when delivered to the room, was appreciated by many. Cleanliness was also noted positively. However, noise from the street and nearby bars, lack of air conditioning, and occasional issues with WiFi and room assignments were common complaints. Overall, guests enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities, but some felt improvements could be made in comfort and soundproofing.

Everything about this place makes it worth your while. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and know who you are. The hotel is incredible, with fantastic views, easy access to everything in the area, and they even host a 2 hour wine and cheese event nightly. There is nothing I would change, and will gladly come back.
