Pros (+) Our room was lovely, it was clean and well appointed. The beds were firm and yet very comfortable. We were at the hotel for a 3-day meeting for business and our meals were amazing.
Cons (-) The elevators in the South Tower were under repair / maintenance and that was inconvenient at times.

Cons (-) Hilton would not give me points because of using third party booking. They claim the are the cheapest but that was not true. The hot tub was with the indoor pool with way to many kids. I was surprised that the room did not come with a refrigerator. They did not say that the parking was going to be an extra expense. The balcony was only about a foot wide.
Cons (-) lot of hidden costs... they charged me $35 for parking... wtf? the hotel is not in down town area why charge exuberant charges for parking? just another way of making more money.... just include the price in the room rate goddamit!! also, the cleaning staff left their laundry bag in my room.... i asked the receptionist to get it out..... nobody ever did......
