Pros (+) I like the coffee bar area, and the bar. They were both comfortable places to hang out at and visit family.
Cons (-) The mattress could be softer, more padding. Breakfast is an expensive upgrade. Parking is of course extra. Expensive during the workdays.

Cons (-) I was surprised that wifi wasn't included, and then very surprised that one day of wifi costs 14 dollars. Free wifi seems common enough these days that the hotel ought to call out "no free wifi" a little more obviously in search results and listings on travel sites. It's frustrating to pay for a room and then feel nickel-and-dimed once you check in.
Pros (+) From check in to check out the service was great! Our room was very spacious and clean.
Cons (-) I was told I couldn't check in therefore waisted $130 to sit at a library for 5hrs and never got a chance to see a room

Cons (-) The room was very small, we were told we would get a roll away that never came, so one of us had to sleep on the floor ! When we complained they said they couldn't discount the room as an apology due to the fact we booked through a booking service. Huge disappointment to an otherwise great trip to Minneapolis !

Pros (+) Very centralized location, easy to access, reasonable parking. Staff was very helpful - extended my stay by one night after booking through third party, and they honored the online price for the additional night. Impressive.
