The room is pretty at first glance but there is a lot of mold everywhere
The bathroom smelled very bad every time and almost gave my mother an asthma attack. There was mold everywhere
Rooms with no air conditioned
The cleaning crew were very friendly and trying to help
The hotel is under construction and they only have several rooms available. The rooms that my family and I got were ok and the air conditioners were not working. So they had floor air conditioning with some fans. It did not work. Rooms were so hot and we were not able to sleep at all. We complained to the personnel and all they said was “sorry but we are under remodeling due to the last earthquake”. Well, they should not have any rooms available until they finish and get the ac units working. !! We had a terrible experience !! Don’t stay !!
The hotel room was clean, simple and spacious. Aside from that, the staff provided fresh towels and sheets during our stay.
The dresser, bathroom sink and a towel were worn. One of the lightbulbs in the bathroom was not working well either. The room could also use brighter lighting. Other than that, the cost outweighs the minute details.
Great Location, but needs work.
The front desk staff was amazing and that saved my stay here.
My first room was dirty and I was moved into another room. My 2nd room had an issue with power. My lights kept going off.
Great Value, Perfect Location
The staff: excellent! Really enjoyed the convenient but quiet location.
The beds were a little firm for me but that's a personal choice.
Me gusto mucho la atencion del personal, la ubicacion, las instalaciones y sus habitaciones comodas . Buen wifi
Todo me gusto
The view was fantastic; the location was very convenient; the room and bathroom had very recently been updated and were very nicely done. The food was good and the dining room staff attentive.
One of our needs, wi-fi in our room, which was promised on their website and on booking.com didn't work and in our 4 days at the hotel the problem was never addressed by the front desk staff despite our asking more than once.
We didn't receive the room we booked and were switched rooms three times
Decent, cheap place to stay. Nothing to write home about, but the price was right. I'd stay again.
Rock hard pillows and windows that don't close properly!
excellent location, safe and good rate, good transportation, free internet, good food, rest. clean. The hotel is remodeling some floors and looks great.
helpful bell boy who could speak English and helped us find a place to get our washing done as the hotel was going to charge 65usd for 4.5kg. free internet
not for non spanish speakers. Not for tourists. No map or tourist info at the hotel. Many of the reception staff dont speak English. Mexico City, or what we saw of it was a boring place to visit and not for tourists. We have been to many cities and it was grim. Speaking Spanish would have been a major bonus and we were only there 2days before going to Acapulco, but that is another story!!!
