Disgusting and dirty. Drug addicts walking around. Homeless people sleeping in the laundry room
The bang for buck. Detergent used for towels. Very dingy
Being able to sleep in bed thats it Everything it was horrible we first got there and the worker gave us room number 222. We get to the room and its horrible its a mess all over has not been clean and it had needles u can tell drug users where in the room. so we went back to front desk to complain and all he said was oh okay I'll have someone clean it and we are like no we want a new room all together and the guy gets attitude but gives a room. Also the pool was empty, ac barley worked and the towels were dirty. And the cable on had 10 channels. Worst hotel experience ever!!! WARNING DO NOT GO!!!
The fact they had a pool. This place is disgusting. Burn holes on bedding of a "nonsmoking" room, dirty towels meant to shower the size of a hand towel, lights didn't work, carpet ripping off the edges, flies EVERYWHERE, things broken left and right... After less than 3 hours we decided we couldn't stay, and ate the $36 and LEFT. Spend the $10-20 extra and go down the street.
The price and location fit with was I was going to do in the area Room is worn down but could not complain since i was not expecting no 5 star room for $26 which is a good price.
Heather deserves a raise for all she puts up with.
When I arrived at the hotel, it looked decent on the outside. I have already booked a room a few weeks in advance for the convention that we were going to. Once I entered the room, it was okay. There were a few spots that weren't as cleaned as I thought but just ignored it. Then, the next few days, I noticed from the sink and in the bathroom there were a few ants crawling with an addition of a small cockroach in one of the furniture pieces. In order for us to be a little more comfortable, we bought raid and sprayed it around the edges of the room (which did help). The one good thing about the hotel is the location from the convention, which was 5 minutes away from where we were staying. I did pay pretty cheap for it so I guess in a way this is an example of you get what you pay for. The staff was pretty nice though as well.
Staff was great. Location. Which isn't the staff fault
Nothing to like. Bed was lousy and place was creepy. I would not recommend it to any person for any reason. It's not worth staying there, even at the bargain I paid. I would rather pay the extra $10 a night somewhere else.
Not a thing. The first room was completely trashed and still had smoke hanging in the air of the non-smoking room. The second room was at least mostly made up, minus dirty towels still in the room. It was however sketchier than places I slept in while serving in Iraq... I chose to sleep in my sleeping bag on top of the bedding due to the stains on the "Clean" sheets. Service was terrible and I watched two drug deals go down in front of the room across from me while I was unloading my stuff from the bike.
The price and location were perfect for my needs. Yes, the swimming pooll did not open until 9:00am each morning. This is summer time for goodness saks...kids and adults, myself included would like to be able to get access to the pool earlier than that!
friendly staff, rooms are fine. Two great queensize beds! They do not have breakfast, but denny's is just around the corner!
Stayed 2 nights. Our room faced freeway which seemed too loud till I realized the window was open. Room was clean but the bed looked rumpled. Nice shower in clean bathroom. Room equipped with microwave, small fridge and iron. Very good breakfast with fruit, fresh waffles, sweet rolls, muffins, toast, cerel, juice, coffee & milk. Staff we quick to restock items. Didn't have time to try the small pool or hottub. Slept well and good deal for a last minute booking on a busy weekend. Hallway smelled like smoke. A bit awkward to fnd. Sat night was noisy with people slamming doors and talking till after midnight.
We requested a non-smoking room, but we got a room that smelled with cigarrete.
Each room has a covered parking spot right next to the room. There's a kitchenette with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave and plenty of cupboard space. We were able to save money by not eating out as much because of this. Beds were very soft and comfy. Would have been nice to have some sort of a vanity in the bathroom and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Freaked me out but you can't expect all bugs to stay out.
We stayed for location although it was a run down part of town. There were hairs in the tub, room smelled, queen bed was more like full, only two tiny flat pillows, stained floors, no updating since the 80s, no coffee or breakfast, called us 30 min before checkout (annoying).
Location good for what we wanted to do in area. Although non- smoking had heavy smoke odor. No maid service. Towels skimpy and very rough.
Absolutely NOTHING When I checked in they said I would have a room at another hotel. The other motel was a 'slum unto itself' pealing paint, horrible maintenance. When I asked for my money back, they refused. Terrible experience. Never cleaned the room - DON'T RECOMMEND!!!
This was the worst stay I've ever experienced thus far. The room reeked of overwhelming cat urine. It was beyond nauseating and disgusting.
Nothing Everything, found out that I paid more than double what they were charging people of the street.
Nothing, I have stayed in a lot of dirty motels, but this one was WAY over the top.... If I could give zero in every category I would, other than the staff.. The front desk lady was nice and I could tell she was embarrassed at the condition of the rooms. Bugs EVERYWHERE!! The lady at the desk gave me two keys so that I could pick which one I liked, the first one NO lights worked at all... The second one, three cockroaches ran right when the lights turned on. The lights in the main area didn't work..

Was places in an apartment which was more than we expected great peaceful stay Nothing I can think of
Nothing! Horrible! Stray cats all over.Infested with cachroches.public ports potties are cleaner than the room & property. Looks like it has never been cleaned...EVER! Seems like they just pick up the trash & rent out the room again. Perfect if I was a junky!

My shower worked. Amazingly. The hotel rented a room (RM 216) out to me and my children with a known 'Bed Bug' infestation. When I brought it to the day-manager's attention she said 'we just replaced the mattress in that room'. No, they had not! They encased bed in plastic.
We actually stayed at an apartment It looked unsafe. The room smelled like smoke. The towels were just thin. Pillow was hard. There were stains on the sheets.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Wi Fi was weak and we were not able to access it.
Nothing- was nasty gross. Everything. Dirty ac as broke smelled bad beds wore out.
There was nothing The room was not clean, mold and dust everywhere, the bed spread had holes in it, the owner was at the desk and was extremely rude. I would never stay here. I couldn't even last 20 min in that room
The hotel was really quick to get me a new room when I expressed my concerns about the room I had. They ended up sending me to another place called Silver Creek Apartments where I guess they subcontracted with them and that was ok. The room was full of live roaches they were everywhere. I complained and asked for my money back and they sent me to Silver Creek Apartments where I was put in a two bedroom apartment. That was nice of them but even in that apartment there were dead roach
Nothing The place was so dirty and the smell was disgusting. The bugs were nasty also.
the price They had no record of my reservation. I had to pay a higher price than what I was expecting through Priceline.
Not one thing. Crackheads screaming at each other, 3 cop cars showing up and cops circling my building, bugs in the kitchen area, door was broken from being kicked in previously and wouldn't lock, fridge door wouldn't close, entire carpet was stained, no toilet paper
Well we got told we were staying at another property a coupke miles down the road.
nothing way way low budget gotta say this hotel was way way low budget i could had stayed at days inn. for $10 more. the hotel was dirty and they gave me a room that was a smoking and wanted a none smoking. had no choice but to stay. hotel has no refund policy so i was screwed.
Nothing Cock roaches smelly room dirty bed sheets people drinking outside in front of my door lock didn't work properly and they gave me no room key all around diseaseD place.
It was DIRTY roaches and smelled like cigarattes!! Dont go here They did not care to much on their guest being comfy AT ALL
The location was ideal for where I needed to be on this trip. The A/C did not work. There were roaches and other bugs. The room was very run down. most of the power outlets wouldn't hold a plug.
The breakfast was delicious, hot and fresh. The room was mice on first night. Housekeeping brought us clean towels only and did not Service our room for two days out of our four day stay. When the housekeepers did clean our room, it was very sloppy cleaning. Staff made me uncomfortable, they were always watching us....i was hoping it was not a black thing.
Staff was friendly. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The carpets, doors, comforter, even one of the towels were dirty! The continental breakfast was a joke, and there were only 3 tables with hardly enough room for 6 people to be in there at a time. The neighborhood wasn't very nice, but I was trying to find something cheap within walking distance of the convention center. I walked it, but it was a bit of a hike. You get what you pay for, and at least I didn't pay much.
The room was supposed to be smoke free, but reeked of smoke including bedding, towels, etc and the smoke alarm had the battery removed. The place was so dirty I had to was off the light switch and the phone before touching either. I asked for a different room, the manager told me no, I checked out one hour later because I couldn't breathe in all the smoke.
Our overall stay was decent. Quiet, never any interruptions. What I didn't care for, the pool was absolutely disgusting. After taking a shower, we discovered our feet were dirty. We discovered it was the carpet making our feet black! Also dropped some jewelry between the bed and night stand, reached down to grab it and pulled back a handful of what appeared to be cookie crumbles..upon further review there was tons of food crumbs, some hair accessories and other items, that were not ours.
Close to the downtown area. Within a few minutes walk to ballpark, arena, and convention center
Bad Wi-fi condition, breakfast with minimum menu. If you are looking for relatively cheap accommodation, it's fine, but I still think I overpaid.
The room was clean but had no wastebaskets. Toiletries provided were lotion, lotion and conditioner. The plumbing produced lots of noise when I or the room next door tried to take a shower, and the water was only lukewarm. Breakfast was pretty good compared to other Super 8s I have stayed at.
Very friendly staff and security. Very shady-looking people hanging out around the motel at all hours of the night. Not a good neighborhood. The room did not have a fridge to keep your food/drink cold.
Decent deal clean good price hot water . Not bad , not 5 star but it was 36$ tax included so
Nothing First, when I went to go check in the clerk made me wait for like 10minutes while she counted her drawer. Then she received a phone call and was helping the person on the phone while I just stood there. No apologies or acknowledgement afterwards. Second, the facility sucks. Lastly, at night I went to dinner with friends when I returned there were bikers cover the entry way, there people out fighting and smoking. My friends feared for me staying there by myself so I ended staying at their airBnB. I am currently on my way back to motel to get my stuff and run out of there.
Price Close to the airport Almost all of the surfaces were sticky! Stains on the pillow cover. Noise of the adjacent highway! Noise of the 18 wheelers that park there. Homeless people around there.
The room was a complete DUMP! Ripped chair, and old rotten food in the refrigerator. I was afraid for my life, and that I would wake up and my car would be gone...
The lady at the reception desk when we checked in was fantastic, very sweet and super helpful. She is the only reason we stayed in this disgusting motel and didn't immediately go back to Flagstaff. We would have been a lot more upset and probably would have left demanding our money back had she not been so kind to us. The lady who worked the evening of March 15, 2015 deserves a raise! The lady when we checked out was also nice but was unprofessional and more concerned with what was on her phone. Overall, we did get what we paid for I suppose. The location was super convienent, it was 10 min or less away from everything we wanted to do. Just glad we only stayed for one night. I will also admit that the bbqs by the pool are a genius idea! A familiy staying there was bbq-ing up a storm and it smelt AMAZING. haha The hotel resturaunt was also actually really nice! The room was disgusting. Utterly disgusting. Cheetos stuck to the carpet, all of the trash cans full, all the towels were damp, no toilet paper, used soaps, dirty mirrors and counter tops, smelt like dog pee, cigarette burns in the sheet/bed, beds were super questionable, pillows smelt mildewy, and only half of the outlets worked. We ended up using our clothes for pillows and ended up sleeping on top of the comforter just because we didn't want to sleep inside. The most staff seemed overworked and underpaid. The rest seemed lazy. And by internet they do not mean WiFi, they mean a tiny computer from the 80s in the lobby... That may or may not work.
nothing dirty sheets, crappy pillows - you had to dodeg the pimps and drug dealers to go to and from your room
Expedia either screwed up booking or they overbooked and we got screwed. Booked a room 3 months in advance and they were not helpful at all
It's close to where I'm going The location is creepy
It was cheap and staff were friendly. There were a lot of lingering people at all hours. Someone called our room at 1 am. The second night someone knocked on our door after midnight. Overall, a very sketchy place.
Closeness to the airport. Very dirty. Very rundown. Extremely dodgy people walking around the hotel at all hours of the night. Loud from the passing interstate. Lots of places where your car might be rocked. Women of loose morals knocking on the door very late and offering their services. Stay away!
I liked the location. There were many businesses and restaurants very close by.
Price They offer wifi with a charge but it never worked and their business center was out of service
The cute black girl at the front desk. It took an hour to get internet after paying $7 for it.
Shower fixture not attached to wall, hanging down. Grout in wall tile is mildewed. Poor repair evident. Cleanliness lacking. I decided to NOT shower.
We stayed at the Inn for a week. Staff was friendly and informative. Nice pool although the weather was a little too cool to jump in. We wanted a safe and comfortable place to sleep and that is what we had. We would stay there again. It has been about 8 year since we had been in Phoenix and sadly, the MetroCenter area seems to be a bit run down. More homeless than I had remembered and I'm sorry to see the condition of the area deteriorating. Not the hotel's fault but location could scare some people off.
The room was n ice and clean, and the location was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy to get to from the freeway.
Free soap? Nothing worked. The fridge didn't work, the location was terrible, the trash was run at 4 AM right outside my bedroom, my keycard kept getting erased so I'd have to wait in the long lines just to get back into my room. How they handled room payments (I rented the room ahead of time, but they didn't take the money until I stayed.) I'm lucky I rented online through a travel website; I would have been very upset had I paid the $100+ they were charging. It certainly wasn't even close to worth $100 a night.
Studio rooms have full-size refrigerator, microwave and cooktop. Hotel has bed bugs!! Doors/Walls are thin so there is a lot of noise. Pillows/Comforter/Mattress are uncomfortable. Hotel does not provide shampoo/conditioner, only poor quality bar soap. Towels were small and rough.

Room not ready at check in time. Booked double bed but was given single bed. My two teenage kids and myself and my husband had to sleep in one bed. Worst hotel experience ever !
The way that the room looked. The rooms were a little too small for me.
The staff was very nice. I spoke to a Hotel Employee because we were going to be after 6pm to check in and he told me it was not a problem he would note the reservation. When we finally arrived the girl at the counter checked us in quickly and got us Its not in a good area. I was not familiar with the area at all when I booked the room.

Location was okay and convenient. several loitering from people in the area, Loud announcements over the intercomm telling individuals to leave the premises or police will be called. Pool was filled with debris, no stairs located in the back area, top blankets were wrinkled not clean
close to where I needed to be no breakfast
I liked nothing Room smelt of Marijuana, no hot water, was charged $112 extra for no reason. Front desk person lied to us.
Location Beds were OK but not the greatest.
room was clean and new curtains beautiful carpet pool was super clean. nice micro wave and refrig.
location and price I didn't like the idea of a bedunder the ac answer to the4th question yes and I did Friday of that week to a mr. Mike johnson
close to airport and cheap Located in a seedy part of town, no airport shuttle. This is not a place to stay for an overnight and getting to the airport really early. The hotel is more a transient by the week type hotel in a bad part of town.
Economical, available, and rather less than visually appealing, this is what you hope for on a low budget. Clean and safe. And that is about it. Worrying that the car might be messed with the razor wire on the fence and the graffiti on nearby buildings was none too encouraging. But they do deliver a safe and quiet accommodation.
Dirty I slept on the couch after buying a new sheet to sleep on Friday target. Don't stay here is awful
Expensive No toilet paper No trash can Broken toilet Dirty room Broken TV remote Wi fi didn't work Cockroaches
Hooker hotel covered in bugs. Health risk. I am calling the Phoenix Health Dept. on this place.
Price There was vomit in the sink and mustard on the walls. We could not stay in that environment, and requested our money back. Even if they had chosen to clean the room it would have been after midnight before we would get sleep. Their response was too bad you already paid. No refunds!
