Pros (+) Great price, at least on the discounted days. Big double double room. Good breakfast variety (extra cost). St Kilda Rd trams accessible to Town Hall. Room had many power points.
Cons (-) It's a little out of the way, not included in airport shuttle area - either 2 trams or taxi from Southern Cross. OK for south side but not ideal for Melbourne. More a business / conference venue - a bit out of the way otherwise.

Pros (+) For the day I stayed, the value is good. Facility is outdated, vibe is a bit tricky, maybe refurbishment of the entire hotel is needed.
