Lufthansa cancelled my daughter and my ticket without any notice. Misinformation from Lufthansa staff from departing caused our luggage to be checked out to part of our connecting flight, not all the way through to final destination. Because of that, their reason was my return ticket from Delhi to states was cancelled and they left us stranded to fetch for our own return flights. Worst customer service from staff at counters.
Very nice 👌
I didn’t even take this flight
More comfortable seats
Terrible. Absolutely no info of what is going on
Surprised by premium seats being right up against economy.
Very poor experience in being able to board and have a seat assigned. Poor communication from check in staff.
Complete chaos for boarding. Had to wait until the very last minute to be able to find a seat. No update from staff on what to expect even after multiple attempts to resolve the situation.

The crew did an awesome job in helping parents with infants, resulting in a quiet trip for all.
They cancelled my flight home
Your flight crew was disrespectful. I asked simply what type of snack were available and the flight attendant snapped at me with we serve only a cheese sandwich and it’s “halal”. I never asked if it was halal. I simply asked for what type of snack they serve. I am a Catholic and had no idea why she mentioned halal when I never asked that. She may act racist in Europe because maybe that’s a thing there but in United States the flight attendants thank god are respectful and do not act the way she did.
They had ran out of my preferred food selections both times. Picking up luggage for the border control was atrocious. For flying business class, our bags should not come out at the end causing a missed subsequent flight
The person greeting before priority check in assumed I am economy class and send me to the wrong line.
The food could have been better. Had a wide range of entertainment to choose from.
The worst check in in my life. If they require bus or train tickets they should let passengers know on their web site
Poor food choice. They even ran out of fish in business class. Old dated planes, IFE and seating.
Ok
I was charged $370 dollars for one luggage in Belgrade and after trying to contact a supervisor he didn’t have time for me and said there is nothing I can do with the charge still pending.I paid $75 dollars on the way there. I only realized it after I received a text from capital one. I’m very disappointed because my family a I travel with Lufthansa often sometimes twice a year.Poor customer service not sure I will be traveling with Lufthansa anymore or recommend it!!!
Sweet sandwiches were aweful in the taste. No entertainment.
No entertainment. Food was okay! Seats were okay as well. Overall boring trip.
There were no entertainment from Germany to Delhi flight. Very limited option for previous flight. Ear piece was loose and kept coming off. Seats were comparatively smaller. Food could have been tastier. Missed salt and pepper on the side. Yogurt can be added to the meal.
Boarding staff person was very rude
Airline again missed my special order, even though I had reconfirmed 24 hrs before. Eurowings charges for the blanket and for alcoholic drinks, which are typically provided on international flights. I had bought ticket for Lufthansa but was shifted over to Eurowings, which was not my choice, and will not be my choice going forward.
Airline missed my special meal order. Those planes are really old and have very less leg space. Choice of movies is very minimal.
I've loved it. Thanks 🙏🙏🙏👌
We had a good trip coming and going. Thanks!
Food coud be more
Absolutely inadequate transfer at Munich airport. Lufthansa sold a ticket for a flight with 45 mins transfer, and your connecting flight is actually in a different terminal. In order to get to that terminal you need to walk 10 mins to a train station, take a train, and then go through passport control. All this in less than 45 mins (deduct 20 mins for boarding)? Madness.
On board Lufthansa flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Lufthansa assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
Lufthansa offers direct flights to 192 cities in 71 different countries. Berlin, Munich, and Hamburg are the most popular cities covered by Lufthansa.
Lufthansa concentrates most of its flight operations in Frankfurt am Main.

A premium carrier with a clear focus on hospitality and passenger comfort, Lufthansa became the first ever European airline to reach 5-star accreditation with Skytrax in 2017. With a highly respected recognition within the aviation industry, the German carrier joined a short list of superior airlines such as Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and EVA Air. In celebration of the achievement, they repainted two of their fleet with 5Starhansa lettering.
Growing to become one of the largest airline groups in the world, Lufthansa owns several subsidiaries, which include Brussels Airlines, Air Dolomiti, Austrian Airlines, Swiss International Air Lines, Lufthansa CityLine and Eurowings. In addition to these subsidiaries, which focus on flights within Central Europe, the airline offers services to more than 80 countries across the globe. This includes every inhabited continent other than Australia.
The airline has hubs in the major cities of both Frankfurt and Munich. These act as key links for the routes offered; however, a range of subsidiary hubs and Star Alliance hubs are also used. It was one of the founding members of the Star Alliance in 1997, which created a world focus alongside United Airlines, Thai Airway, Air Canada and Scandinavian Airlines. Codeshare agreements are in place with many members of the alliance as well as Cathay Pacific, Etihad Airways, Iran Air, and LATAM Brasil.
Lufthansa manages a combination of both Airbus and Boeing aircraft in its fleet. Short-to-medium range models like the A320 and A321 versions are preferred. Many of the aircraft are named after small German towns such as Sindelfingen, Langenhagen and Gummersbach.
