One problem we had was that the drain in the shower was very slow. With the shower on full volume, it over flowed into bathroom, and out into the room. We called for maintenance and someone came while we were out. Next use, shower was still slow. Still flooding. We called again and someone came, but said it was ok. We were only able to use the shower on very low flow or it would overflow.

Cons (-) Got to hotel at check in time (2:00) and had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready. My 3:30 engagement was missed do to this issue with check in. I was only in London this one day and the main reason I was there for didn’t happen because of the late check in. Pros (+) Assume the hotel would have been excellent.
Cons (-) Beware!! The booking agent Cancelon has a early date trigger converting to a non-refundable reservation after promoting "free cancelation". Its geared to pushing the non-refundable reservation to their site to sell. The listing process was incredibly difficult requiring re-entering all online data resulting in no sale or compensation. Would avoid booking through Cancelon in the future.

Pros (+) Hotel room was a little smaller than what I was used to but it was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It was within walking distance of a lot of awesome sights and activities.
Cons (-) They offered free breakfast in your room if you filled out your request card the night before. I was only able to take advantage of this service once because I never received another breakfast request card.
