Pros (+) The location is amazing, however the rooms and especially the bathrooms are tiny. The door man Mr. Red Hat is amazing, and the concierge is knowledgeable and friendly.
Cons (-) Hotel is very dated, the bath tub is minuscule, and they also need to improve their TV lineup is not up to par, unable to watch the US open 2019 at all! Front desk was not the friendliest, we were first assigned a room that had a monotonous constant noise, when we called down they seemed to doubt our concerns, however the maintenance engineer heard it and agreed it was unacceptable.
