Cleanliness of rooms, right between local life
Not all staff master the English language, expensive breakfast. Better get it at the shops 50m out
The location is best if you want to visit the centre of London...Also the room is nice and clean.
They don't provide free WI-FI service and the fee for using WI-FI is kind of expensive to some degree.
Availability and location
Slight shabbiness of room, noise of doors closing on corridor
Cosy, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but more than covers the basics. The area is well served by public transportation and seems perfectly safe. Previous reviewers commenting on safety clearly just don't like the sight of black people.
Wi-fi was unreasonably expensive.
Good location of this hotel in Central London.
Room was filthy- bed/sheets covered with hairs from previous guests, and floor could have done with a clean.
Helpful staff, quiet area, close to public transport stops
I was asked what room I would like and what floor I would prefer meaning I was able to choose a quiet room.
Hotel staff willingly gave bus and metro directions.
Location far from center; hard to believe it was only one k. from London "Eye;" police sirens at night; directly across from police station
made all resv online
very noisy from area nigth life
Good value for money
Restuarant was not available for dinner in the evening.
