Pros: Location was ideal, within walking distance of the Triple Bridge. We came on a Friday evening and walked down to the Bridge. Awesome! Saturday there was a fair going on with lots of stuff to do. Hotel staff was gracious, helpful, polite, room was large and very clean, and comfortable. No complaints.

Pros: We LOVED the breakfast and location and view off of balcony.
Cons: Our booking with "getaroom" didn't come through in time, and the staff seemed a bit unsure about the whole time, and we had to call getaroom and get it settled, rather than them. Also, the pool was broken.

Cons: We paid more for balcony but the noise from the hotels exhaust system was so loud that you couldn’t have the door open let alone sit out and enjoy the balcony. Views were excellent but non stop annoying noise.

Pros: This is the top hotel in Ljubljana- so elegant and beautiful. Literally couldn’t be better located- easy walk from bus and next to all the top attractions in heart of the city. Excellent staff, so helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate.
Cons: Bed too hard, but they put on 3 extra comforters for me and it was great then! Slept perfectly after.

Pros: The staff at the front desk were AMAZING. They were friendly and helpful introducing us to the city, map, and recommending restaurants. The room was beautiful and the pool was great! So glad we stayed here. The breakfast was spectacular! So much to choose from. We loved our stay.

Cons: Misinformation from receptionist. We were informed that we could use the pool of the sister hotel for free. However when went to do this we were told that we had been misinformed and that it was 35€ but we could have a 10% discount.

Pros: Nice location as very near to train station and old city. Almost i n center of both - 5 min walk each side. Only issue was that I was given twin bed rather than double which I had requested. Good thing that beds had castors so could push. Nice breakfast with hugh choices - typical European style. Street sign on road directing to hotel can be bit misleading (we took a round about).

Pros: A modern style place, not an antique charmer, but clean, correct and very central. Easy walk to center and easy driving out of the city. Staff very nice and helpful. Parking next door at 19 Euros/day in out and valet. Good breakfast.

Pros: Rooms are spacey with good decor and big TV. Bathroom is clean and large. Staff is helpful. Location is convenient, you can walk to city center in 10 minutes.
Cons: Parking is not free, you have to pay another 17€ for parking. And it can only get 15 vehicles. You're lucky if you find a parking space.
