Pros (+) It was filthy and there were cockroaches freely in the room. I only booked it to put luggage and get ready for a midnight flight out of South America so I didn't sleep there. The other guests I met there at the smoking balcony were friendly and happy with the price (17$), but they were South American... For me it served the purpose.
Cons (-) It serves its purpose for low budget travelers, and the neighborhood is central. they should spray and defumigate against insects.
