Lazise hotels

Pros: The hotel was very dirty and smelly. The whole place, including the rooms and dining area, was swarming with flies. Disgusting ! The corridors and room had a strong moldy smell. Dinner was terrible, as was breakfast. At breakfast they had only scrambled eggs, which my kids don't like, so when I asked if they had hard boiled egg, they said I could get it if I pay extra. We needed to checkout at 6:15 am, only to discover no one was at the front desk. I've called the number at the note left there, and was answered by an automated message that they are closed. I'd really love to understand why the note was left there. Moreover the front doors were locked. Finally I called the security guard number and literally begged him to wake someone up that can authorize us to leave our keys and go.

Cons: The location is great if you're headed to the Gardaland theme park. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help.

Cons: Attitude of staff We asked the front desk whether we could take a bus to Valen Centro Mall. We’re told taxi only way which hotel arranged. Charged 50 euros for a 15 min trip! We found a bus did come back direct to the hotel. Complained to the hotel who said what do you want us to do

Pros: Great Location. Hotel is nice located, huge entrance with reception. Room was as expected and shown into the Website Pictures. Helpful staff. Automat machines from where you can get Drinks or Snacks late into night. I definitely reccomend this hotel. For sure i will return. Thanks for your warm welcome.

Cons: - Parking problems, main parking closed, but no activities there, don’t know why is it closed really - dinner below average - big and very noisy group ruined my holiday. Hotel can’t cope with it (parking, bar and restaurant) and rest of the guests are forgotten. I couldn’t sleep due to the noise. I have been here for 3 times and this was probably the last time!

Pros: I loved the park. It’s very secluded and silent, the cedar trees give you a sense of being immersed in nature. The facilities for costumers like the restaurant and the coffee shop are all very modern and clean. To enter the hot springs especially in winter there is heated covered area you have to go through. Our studio apartment was very nice, clean and furnished. We loved the hot tub! It is a place of relaxation and for that reason it is not possible to scream or dive into the water, which was perfect for us.

Cons: All the residences (apartments and hotel) are fairly far from the actual hot spring pool. Since it was winter when we visited, it is kind of hard to walk in your flip flops or carry your bag to get changed over there through the whole park, especially when you are going back all wet too!

Pros: The jacuzzi was big and easy to use. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very clean with lots of extras and the complimentary breakfast basket was a nice touch. Being able to use the thermal pool was amazing. Clean and well maintained. Super relaxing place.

Cons: The staff at the hotel were not very welcoming but luckily we were staying in the apartments and the ladies there were more helpful.

Pros: The hotel is in a walled park with beautiful old buildings, landscaping and specimen trees. It is an amazing setting, and then the hot water lake is wonderful. The room was comfortable and we slept well there. The breakfast was good, and the staff was pleasant and efficient. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

And the most important thing that the Owner by himself is following everything in the Hotel to have everything perfect to the Clients, and we want to thank the Owner because he was very helpful person and very gentleman in order to facilitate all the issues to enjoy your stay. And also we want to thank all the staff (especially Alina who's working in the reception desk) for their kindness, and for sure we will come again to Hotel Bella Lazise because really it is a very recommended Hotel in Lazise.

Pros: I was so impressed with this hotel. We went as a family of 5 (all over 20 years old!) and stayed in a 2 bed apartment. The apartment was so spacious and airy, and beautifully cleaned. The beds were amazingly comfy and the curtains were very effective at keeping the light out, meaning a really good night's sleep. The staff were all very friendly and approachable - one of the waitresses at breakfast had memorised our coffee order by the second day, which was a lovely gesture. The breakfast was really impressive and had something there for everyone, including a member of our party who was gluten free! The little corner shop next door also had a good range of gluten free snacks, so we were very impressed again. Finally the pool area- this was lovely. We are used to staying in places where you have to fight for your spot by the pool - here there was a lounger for everyone! The ratio of people staying in the hotel to pool size was perfect, it never felt cramped or busy , even our noise-intolerant autistic family member was happy spending the day by the pool, in the shade from the beach umbrellas provided. If you want a proper swim swim, then the lake is only a 5 minute walk away - the beach there is definitely busier but I am sure for some people that is a good thing, so there is something for everyone. (While we were child free, the pool area and the hotel as a whole is definitely very child friendly too) Lazise, the local town was about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel and was a lovely old town - we ate somewhere new every night, and probably could have kept doing so for another month easily! The harbour and old town/ castle walls made for a lovely walk, improved only by gelato.

Cons: I just wish we could have stayed for longer - 4 nights wasn't nearly long enough to relax and explore. And (very minor detail) to have labels on the baked goods section at breakfast - these just need to be in Italian, we can translate but there were some very interesting cakes there and no way to know what they were! (Other than trying them of course!)

Cons: Breakfast until 9:30. Those, who come for Gardaland, sometimes stay until closing (23:00), so the next day would speep longer. And we saw, that a portion of the guests come for the same. English is not spoken properly by all staff, so when we called ahead, it was difficult to communicate.

Pros: Nice place. Great location: 5 minutes from Gardaland (by car). Ask reception for low price tickets. Free parking. Crue very nice and helpful. Breakfast really nice for the cost. Quiet and comfy. Go to the Italian restaurant in the hotel across the road - its great with amazing prices.

Cons: Facilities very old. Not so suitable for the disabled because there are several stairs in the hallways.

Pros: we were visiting Gardaland that's why we have choosen that hotel, children were happy - the hotel has a nice playground. The hotel nice for short stop - it's too noisy as the road with heavy traffic is near by.

Cons: The hotel is very near a motorway junction. It is popular with lorry drivers and as a family you feel the odd one out. We had some problems with our booking, where an extra bed had been requested and then confirmed by the hotel. However when we turned up there was no extra bed. This was solved whilst we waited.

Pros: Breakfast was very good, room was clean and very good. Hotel is close to Gardaland. Is a perfect choose if you came to visit a park.

Cons: Is situated not on the lake side. You can not travell if you don't have a car, no publick transport near by.

Pros: The decor of the Hotel interior was very good and the room was very nice and well cleaned each day. There is a nice Bar and Trattoria inside the Hotel which served good and well priced meals and drinks. The Hotels position was convenient for access to various points of interest in all directions.

Cons: The Breakfast Buffet was very disappointing, very bland and every expense was spared by the management. The TV in the bedroom was next to useless as it had no worthwhile channels to watch. The Trattoria and Bar was shut on the Saturday and Sunday which was disappointing.

Pros: The hotel is well run and all the staff were very helpful the rooms were very clean and newly decorated, I have a family of 4 and the closeness to the Gardaland attractions was paramount in our choice of hotel and this one ticked all the boxes

Pros: The camping site has everything you need to keep the children busy. Tennis courts and mini golf are excellent, well maintained though you have to pay extra for these. Swimming pool was good sized and the water slides were great, and the pool staff were very observant about security in the pool which is very very good especially with children. The market on site is well equipped. The restaurant serves good food and even in low season (april) it was difficult to find a spot for dinner as it was very busy. Enough parking spaces. There are two small pitches for football and is good to keep the children busy. The volleyball court was also good, though didnt use it. There is yoga/stretching classes.... and all this is just 5 mins from Gardaland. The kitchen is well equipped, there are also garden tables and chairs and a couple of lounge chairs.

Cons: The mattress, pillows and the blankets can be cleaner. It smelled odd and were mouldy which triggered my allergies.

Pros: The hotel is really nice in a great location, close to the center. Personal was very ill. During our stay we celebrated anniversaries in the hotel. The hotel prepared for us a surprise in the form of a bottle of prosecca. That was very nice.

Cons: I ordered a sports massage, because we went cycling 3 days a day. Spa by the pool is very pleasant. Unfortunately, the massage itself was more about stroking than sports massage.

Pros: Corte Valier was a surprise. Great staff, very spacious room with a modern design bathroom, beautiful breakfast area with variety of quality foods, and convenient free parking. The best part was the indoor swimming pool and 3 sections of sauna. Wow.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent (although it may not offer vegan or gluten-free options) and the staff was very nice and accommodating. The owner is a very nice man that made us feel very welcomed!

Pros: Nice place to stay within walking distance from Lazise town centre. Room was comfortable and practical and breakfast was good but quite limited. We didn't try the restaurant. The hosts were ok but no real organisation so the guest knows what to do.

Pros: Excellent living place for holiday, reasonable price, highly recommended. The bus stations is in front of the hotel, and only two stops from Gardaland Park, around ten minutes from Lazise (a very beautiful town near Garda lake). the staff is very nice and hospitality. The bedroom is clean, tidy, large and comfortable, also the bathroom. In short, it's a very good hotel for your holiday, Highly recommended!

Pros: Extremely nice owners of the property, rich breakfast, very clean room, nice parking space. The owners welcomed our dog by setting her bowls :)

Cons: As I already told one of the owners, the additional bed should be a real, comfortable bed (as it was the double bed) and not sort of a rather uncomfy folding bed. This problem occurs at almost all facilities when we ask for triple room.

Pros: Good and quiet place to stay. Especially if you're interested in visiting of Movieland, Aquapark, Gardaland. Garda lake and beach are in walking distance. Restraunt is nearby. Parking is available.

Pros: The hosts are very kind and were happy to receive us! They provided a lot of information about activities and places to visit in the surrounding area. They let us use their bike to visit a city close by and even gave one of us a free entrance ticket to the nearby aquapark to relax while the other two were out cycling! A very good breakfast was included and there were plenty of choices. The accommodation was very clean and our room was cleaned every day. After our stay the host brought us to the train station in Peschiera del Garda by car, free of charge! It saved us a lot of time because there was heavy traffic that day! Highly recommended!

Pros: Great Location, Staff, Cleaniness, Design/Rooms. Stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, and we were able to see Lazise, take a boat to Garda, bus to Malcesine and go to Mount Baldo. The hotel and tourist info in Lazise town are very helpful, although rely on Google maps for bus times! You will save a lot of time. You can take the boat pretty much anywhere and its simple to do, just depends how much time you have. Breakfast was nice, good selection, we definitely took advantage of it. Staff were accommodating and greeted us everytime we came in and out of the hotel if they wern't busy. The second room had a great view, the picture shows my room which was next to my siblings on the side, they had the view of the pool, Lazise castle and the mountains in the distance. Just generally a great experience for first time in Italy. Also went to Verona after checking out and before flight back, nice city.
