Cons (-) The pillows, too hard! The rooms were not very soundproof. Could hear everyone around you! Shower faucet was broke.
Cons (-) Booked through Kayak. When I got to the hotel, was told they couldn't find my reservation. I gave them my ID, my CC, and left my luggage with the desk with the understanding that they would put my bags in my room and have a room key waiting for me when I got to the desk later. Cons (-) Room wasn't ready at 5:30 when check-in was at 4. Waited a long while to get another room. Usually hotel upgrade you if not ready by time specified. Was suppose to have fridge but did get one. Was suppose to have shower tub but only got shower. Water was cold in shower. Toilet had trouble flushing.

Pros (+) Bed was nice and comfortable. Room was clean. My dinner at the restaurant Asia was delicious. Comfortable seating in the lobby near gas fireplaces and a coffee shop nearby. The only personnel I dealt with were the check-in people and they were friendly. It was too cold during my stay to look into any of their outdoor facilities/entertainment. Cons (-) No hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang towels/washrags. No mini-fridge included. While they offer free internet, it is slow. They offer faster internet but you have to pay extra for it each day you want to use it.
