Pros (+) The only part of the stay which was acceptable was the mattress.
Cons (-) The rooms were filthy with grime and dust and splattered walls. The bathroom smelled of urine and the caulking was stained yellow and brown, and the floor grout was black with filth.

Cons (-) Filthy hallway carpets, room smelled like a sour wet dog, dirty sticky floor in room. Checked in at 2:30 am and was told I’d have to pay for a late checkout. Morning front desk staff excellent snotty and unprofessional.

Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, especially on our second visit, remembering our names and other specifics. The check in and check out process was rapid. Located right off I 40 and conveniently in the middle of a bunch of very good restaurants and useful stores.

Pros (+) The cost in relation to other hotels nearby and the friendless of the staff.
Cons (-) The king size bed wasn't comfortable at all. It had a dip in the middle making it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Pros (+) The hotel staff was very friendly and the hotel itself was in great condition. Room was clean. All appliances worked.
Cons (-) There were large dogs staying in the hotel that began barking early in the morning.

Pros (+) Breakfast was good but would prefer fresh fruit or yogurt option. Checkout was fast and simple. Staff was friendly. For the price, it was better than expected.
Cons (-) Decor is dated. Wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, moisture damage was evident in bathroom and was gross. The lock on the door wasn't secure, traveling alone I felt uncomfortable and would not stay there again.

Cons (-) We couldn't even stay at the hotel...had to cancel our reservation and move next door because the beds were unsleepable they were so uncomfortable.
