Pros (+) Great amenities for families! Loved both pools, Pitt putt golf, lake activities, bingo, etc.
Cons (-) Cockroaches in both kitchen areas of my unit. Cockroaches persisted even after notifying the front desk and they did a “deep clean” of the unit.

Cons (-) Very thin walls. Very noisy, and crowded. The place really needs to be updated. The bed was very close to the wall. No premium channels on the state of the art 720p plasma TV that couldn't be tilted or adjusted in any way and $200 deposit for incidentals? Really? I will not be coming back ever.

Pros (+) It was relatively close to the parks and didn't cost a ton.
Cons (-) The first thing the staff did was try to get us to visit a time share meal. They acted very annoyed and dismissive when we declined. Our room was fine until we realized our toilet was leaking probably due to a faulty sealing at the base. The staff came the next day to fix it but left all the defiled and dirty towels used to clean and contain the issue in our room as a present for us. When the staf...

Cons (-) They have Karaoke four nights per week. My building was probably 1/4 mile from the event. I could hear every singer while laying in bed even though I had ear plugs in. It lasts until midnight. If this would bother you stay away. I saw one review that said the place was quiet. It is on nights without karaoke.

Pros (+) The pool activities and the Karaoke were the most fun for our family to enjoy together. The facilities were clean, and the staff were courteous.
Cons (-) This was my second stay and I rated it as okay. After a long drive into town my room wasn't ready. My family and I had to sit around for over an hour and wait for our room to be available. We went to a presentation for a timeshare and the saleswoman was pushy, rude, and argumentative. We were locked out of our room at one point in our stay. Pros (+) the rooms where nice size. location is central to all events.
Cons (-) the elevator broke at 430 am and buzzed for 2 hrs out side my bedroom very loud. took staff foever to stop the noise. rooms are not sound proof you here everything. people waiting for elevator talking to the door opening and closing.
