Cons (-) The elevator was slower than snails snot. You can see the water around all the obstructions. But it is not the Oceanview, it is water but not the ocean. Way overpriced

Pros (+) The hotel bar was nice. The bartenders were friendly & quite helpful about any questions we had about Key West.
Cons (-) The resort fee is too expensive. The shuttle does not run @ all times. A cab cost about $16 to get to Duval St. There were never enough towels in the room; however, when we called, housekeeping did bring more towels within 30 minutes. The room was much smaller than it looked from the pictures on the website. Next time I will also choose to stay closer to Old Town.

Pros (+) the grounds are very nicely put together. The rooms were designed with luxury in mind. Being new they just have some growing pains to surpass but they will get there. The front desk staff seemed friendly and willing to attempt to fix any problem you might encounter.

We had paid for a ocean view and we're given a room where the elevator block the view. Pros (+) Service in general very good, front desk people very nice, pool with the palm trees! clean rooms, bar services, clean and warm towels. That was a good experience there. thanks a lot.
Cons (-) the breakfast wasn't what we expected. and the restaurant after hours, that we had to walk to the "next door restaurant" to get the food.
