Pros (+) Nice pool area, excellent location and views. Nice clean hotel with parking. Huge breakfast spread. Overall nice room with terrace.
Cons (-) The shower is a bit slippery and I prefer it when there are 2 pillows per person with varying firmness. But generally those are minor complaints in an otherwise excellent stay.

Pros (+) Very modern hotel and very good breakfast that was included. The rooms were nice and kept nicely
Cons (-) No iron in the room. The beachfront was closed and the beach was ugly that was probably why it was closed. The pool area was kind of small.
