Pros (+) Staff was very poliet and helpful. Checkin and checkout was quick.
Cons (-) The cleaning ladies were very loud and noisy in the corridor in the morning. Breakfast was standard not much variety We arrived late and most of the restaurants in hanoi close by 10pm. We had to drive around looking for food has the hotel has no room service or resturant.
