Pros (+) The views of the pyramids while having breakfast, lunch or dinner were stunning, day and night. The grounds were gorgeous - lush gardens, water pools etc.

After 5 phone calls to the assistant manager, guest services rep etc. and 2 visits from electricians, the room remained cold and only cold air poured into the room. Pros (+) My wife and I made the reservation in this hotel not knowing the story, only reviews online. To our surprise, since day one we were in love with everything. The story is fascinated, everyone in the hotel made us feel like a queen and king. Top service, friendly staff and a wonderful experience.
