Pros (+) Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, and shower was a good size.
Cons (-) My room had missing blackout curtains. When I informed the staff, they replied "are you sure they are not there"... my reply was "yeah the inability to close any curtains because of their non-existence makes me pretty certain" Staff was still non convinced that I had just over looked them. Cons (-) I had two rooms and there were two couples in my party. My friends spent about 15 minutes stuck in the elevator 4/30/16 and it spooked them.
Pros (+) Thie hotel had way more then we expected. From the outside it seems like any other smaller hotel, but walk inside and the place is amazing. The staff was super friendly and very helpful.
