Pros: Comfortable bedding and beds
Cons: Nothing
1.0 Poor
Cons: Room was broke into stole purse and numerous things stolen out of car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was spectacular! The gentleman that did the cooking, apparently also ran the bar in the evening. We constantly ran into him throughout our stay, he is a joy and a very hard worker. We appreciate him!
Cons: It was cold in Colorado!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quick...good service
7.0 Good
Pros: The location and cleanliness. Breakfast was amazing. The room is a little small. And the toilet seat had previous stains from other guests it didnt look clean.
Cons: The bathroom needs a little more work.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: I was given a handicapped room, though I didn’t request one. No tub, extra equipment that meant I had no room to hang my clothes, I was in a wing with lots of barking dogs (though I told them when registering that I had no pets), etc. They told me that the booking site I used had booked the room like that, so I’m more irritated with booking.com than with La Quinta.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Location good right off the highway.

Pros: Nada
Cons: My husband and I were scheduled to check in on March 15 2020 for 2 nights when I went to check in I was told there would be no hot breakfast or the pool and all communal areas would not be available for use. Then upon checking in I was told since I was paying half cash half card I would need a 250 security deposit which is a heard of. I was barely able to pay for just the 2 nights. When I realized that I could afford it the rude front desk person said maybe I should look at one of the cheaper motels across the highway. Very rude and unprofessional and in light of that my hubby a I did just that. And we got a beautiful spacious room with a spacious room and hot breakfast . I wake up today to

4.0 Okay
Pros: There are 2 elevators, but only one was working. Would love to have had an included breakfast, but Hilton doesn't offer that courtesy. :-( It's the "new normal" they said.
Cons: Nice hotel, but will never stay there again. It's next to the university, so they CHARGE $10/night for parking! Who charges hotel parking except in major metro areas like Boston? When we wanted to leave, the gate controlling exits didn't work!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property was clean and quiet.
Cons: Parking fees? Really?
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and nice

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great for groups/conferences. Food options in hotel were accommodating and staff were extremely friendly during stay.
Cons: I had a room with a connecting door and had some noise from my neighbors dog, however it was minimal.
6.7 Good
Pros: It was clean
Cons: They charge $10 for parking and the whole time the entrance gate was open so we really didn’t need to pay that $10. There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. And it would’ve been nice if they would’ve had free coffee in the lobby. I probably will not be staying at the Hilton anymore.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and bed was comfortable.
Cons: We could hear the people in the room next to us and they were watching porn really loudly throughout the night and in the early hours of the morning. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, the thin walls did disrupt our sleep.

6.0 Good
Cons: The pictures of the room verse what you get differ. Check in wasnt pleasant. Vallet parking is equal to Manhattan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's proximity to Old Town allowed us to walk and explore the restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location if you want to spend time in Ft Collins. It was nice to not have to get into our car to drive places. There are so many great places to eat and shop, this was an ideal spot for us.
Cons: The hotel doesn't have any control over this, it is close to a homeless mission and while there was no trouble, there were some homeless in the area. It's a common situation in most cities and we know people are doing their best to help the homeless.

Pros: Good water pressure
Cons: No free breakfast
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was great, breakfast was exceptional
Cons: For a business minded hotel, this was over run with kids using the elevator for amusement. The hot tub and pool were loaded to capacity w/kids, even at 9:00pm. C-Out I was given the wrong receipt and had to prove myself until another receptionist helped
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel was very close to the two places we planned to visit while we were in Ft. Collins.
Cons: The intermittent drilling-type sound that we could hear throughout the entire night. It was coming from inside the walls, maybe from the pipes. The hot tub was also not very warm, the pool area was a mess, and there were no towels available at 9:30 PM.

Pros: Beautiful decoration and amazing location. The staff is helpful and kind. Beds are super comfy. We stayed here while visiting our brother who is a student at CSU. It’s a good stay for visiting campus and hanging out at restaurants.
Cons: It’s a very basic boutique hotel. No breakfast and no real additional facilities - like a gym or cozy hang out space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and staff was great
Cons: The room was a little loud because it was next to the house keeping closet and the noise carried a bit
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't know about the breakfast.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely, historic property in the heart of OldTown Fort Collins. It was decorated beautifully, very comfortable and near everything.
Cons: It was a bit loud. Next time we will try to get on the third floor. There is no escaping the train - guess it is part of the ambiance.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Very pleasant staff. Bedding was super comfy.
Cons: The train blowing their whistle is for real. Sooooo loud. Shower a little quirky. Elevators old school tiny.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy update of a historic hotel in downtown Ft Collins; clean, comfortable room with a spacious bathroom and great soaking tub and a very comfortable bed. Great location by the historic district and CSU.
Cons: Although it's a nicely updated older property the room size was a little smaller than average and closet space was lacking for two people with winter coats. The view from a "courtyard" room leaves a little to be desired, but plenty of light due to large windows.

Cons: Noise levels from street traffic and rooms above us.

9.7 Excellent
Pros: Great value and the staff is always great. I had a sweet tooth late and you don’t have snacks for sale but the guy at front dest got me a few pastries which was great. Also the night I stayed it snowed pretty good and I didn’t have a snow brush / scraper, so I went to the front desk to ask for a broom and they actually had snow brushes to use. I asked if I could buy one and the manager said I could just have it. Just want to say that this was above and beyond in both cases so Thank You.
Cons: Great for the location and price.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was within walking distance of the location where I had to be while in Ft Collins. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was helpful and courteous.
Cons: The hotel was extremely overpriced. Over $--- a night is the highest price I have paid for a hotel room and I have traveled extensively for work. There were only two vending machines. Onedid not work. I will not stay here the next time in Ft Collins.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The location is perfect for downtown Fort Collins, this is probably why they think they can get away with the awful service.
Cons: The staff was extremely rude. We called the night before about a late check out and we got a tentative "maybe??" We asked if it was a yes or a no and they said to call back at 7am. We did not wake up by 7am to verify as we were there on a mini get away and planned on sleeping in. By 10:50am a housekeeper had already knocked on our door three different times to ask if we were still there and each time reminding us that check out was at 11am. Absolutely unacceptable! We have stayed at countless hotels and no one has ever been as rude as this Best Western. We left our room by 11:01am having to physically move the house keeping cart from in front of our door. I was livid.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were helpful and friendly. The location right across from the CSU campus is great. Enjoyed the facilities, like the pool and hot tub and the complimentary breakfast. Decor of the rooms was a cool celebration of the local community.

Pros: Eva, the owner, was competent and remedied a wrongful situation. She did process the return quickly. However, I would have liked to see something extra to make me feel made whole.
Cons: When I checked in, I had pre-paid through booking through an app called “Snap Travel” that Kayak referrer me to. Despite showing the check-in clerk three forms of payment receipt through the app, she took my card from my hand and charged it without my permission to pay again directly through the hotel. I disputed it with her immediately, showed her email receipts and even my bank statements. She acted cavalier and as if I was in the wrong. She charged my card with impunity and refused to listen. I felt trapped; I needed the room, but I was being completely devalued as a customer. In the morning, when we tried to fix the situation with a gentleman clerk, rather than refund my card, he “accidentally” Charged my card again. I had now paid three times for the room! I do not feel safe with how my money was handled. The cavalier attitude about charging me time and time again, treating me as if i was in the wrong, made me seriously reconsider my decision to give them my business. First and foremost, I recommend never using Snap Travel. Second, i recommend proceeding with extreme caution with Days Inn.

Pros: Stayed many times Decent price, decent breakfast, decent staff, decent pet fee. one of the better Super8s ive been too

6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was adequate with fresh fruit, waffles and good coffee. The bed was excellent and the air temp level was easy to control.
Cons: I will never give the bathroom a better than 6 rating as long as it has the tiny toilets. I'm a big person with fat butt and the tiny toilets make it difficult whenever I sit down. The bathroom was clean but it was tiny also. I like bathrooms which have the sink inside them and are a bit more expansive.
7.0 Good
Pros: Maid service is good and friendly as well as front desk.
Cons: Room location is inconvenient. Long distance from parking. It's just a very large motel so everything is far away. Laundry, vending, ice, front lobby, and breakfast. Need more blankets on beds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I try to stay at this location when I visit northern colorado. It’s always clean and comfortable
1.0 Poor
Pros: Horrific. I found candy wrappers in my bed. It was clear the housekeepers missed a lot of things. The toilet ran all night. Kept me up all night.. No elevators available to assist with handicapped guests and people with heavy luggage. Will never go back ag
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the interstate
Cons: Door was broken and easily opened without card lock. Left everything in the car when I was away from the room. Deadbolted and chained myself overnight.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room with TV. Great price.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location is great, easy access to the interstate and next to restaurants.
Cons: There was a loose tile in the bathroom floor. There was a dried, shriveled french fry on the floor next to the bed. There was the paper cup from a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup on the floor between the bed and nightstand. The toilet "Phantom" flushed randomly.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Never got to stay as I wrote to y'all yesterday! Customer Service classes NEEDED!
4.0 Okay
Pros: There was a jacuzzi tub in the room and the jets were very powerful for as old as it is...
Cons: I didn't like the attitude from Adrian at the front desk when we were asked for the 3rd time to run our cc... when we were trying to understand what we were signing he asked if there seemed to be a problem... Our room had a break down of the individual cost of items if missing or destroyed (see pictures) (pillows $10.50 fleece blanket $131.91 towel $7.31) but when I called to inform them that our room didn't have a fleece blanket (worried I'd be charged) I was told they dont supply fleece blankets anymore but in a very put out tone of voice was told he possibly could get one...finally getting a blanket on a -2• night... it makes you say uncomfortable when you feel like you can't use anything it fear you'll be charged for it... so then we decided to purchase a few snacks from the lil store handed him a$20 bill and was literally sighed at, because he had to go make change... We stay at at least 4-5 hotels a month and would not recommend this place and will not be a repeat customer...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Large breakfast selection.
Cons: Management attitude.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: The hotel manager blamed us for a broken sink even though it was like that when we checked in, I didn't complain about it because the sink still worked and I wasn't there to hangout in the bathroom so it didn't cross my mind to report it.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: When we get a great price and breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and location great.
Cons: No was hoping price would not go up. Going to be in motel in area for next 4-6 weeks would be nice not moving.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Best kept facility in the area, but Our room's heat and AC unit was not cooperative and was either extremely hot and stuffy like a sauna or we got too cold. Unfortunately, finding a comfortable medium was ultimately a fail after continuous attempts.
Cons: Regaining Access after 10:00 pm was cut off at most doors used earlier and we had to walk extremely long treks to the main entrance several times to get back to our room. In freezing temps my fiance and I got very sick. She spent an evening in ER 2/25/20

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and friendly staff. Lemon infused water
Cons: Not very clean. The breakfast was inedible and the elevator was scary
1.0 Poor
Pros: The location was the only thing worthwhile. The rest of the stay was horrible!
Cons: I understand that the corona virus has shut things down, but this establishment didn't bother to make the stay comfortable at all. We were told to leave towels outside our door and the maid would pick them up. They did, but never left new ones. Were told we had to take out our own trash. I didn't pay $600+ to have to go to the front desk to get towels and toilet paper and take out my own trash. I asked if I could get plastic silverware for my carry out meals and were told no. The "breakfast" was a prepackaged pastry. When asked if there would be any compensation back on my room charge, I was told no. I know of other hotels that were compensating their customers, but this one did not and was told it was the choice of corporate. I will NEVER stay at a Comfort Suites ever again and I will be filing a complaint with corporate, plus letting people know how they didn't help out to make the stay comfortable despite the bad situation we were in.

6.0 Good
Cons: The pictures of the room verse what you get differ.

Pros: Easy Friendly
Cons: Very noisy refrigerator
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay there was very relaxing, didn’t want to come back to reality. We were there because a family member had surgery and we were recovering at the hotel before traveling back home. The bed was comfortable, very thankful for the recliner in our suite. I was amazed at the size of the room! It was larger than a lot of 1 bedroom apartments. It was quiet and the staff was super friendly. The little store downstairs had a nice selection of snacks and treats. The complimentary coffee was hot and tasty.
Cons: The coffee in our room wasn’t replenished every day, I’m sure I could have gotten more if I asked and there was fresh coffee downstairs 24/7. Our bathroom could have used a deep clean and scrub around the tub and toilet, wasn’t bad just could use a little extra elbow grease.

Pros: in room mini-kitchen; large desk & work area
Cons: they need to up their breakfast game
