Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent and central location, making it convenient for city visits and events. Many found the beds comfortable and appreciated the modern, clean rooms, though some noted issues with cleanliness in specific areas. The self-service concept and automated check-in were seen as innovative by some, but others missed personal interaction and staff presence. Noise was a common complaint, both from within the hotel and the surrounding area. Overall, the hotel is well-suited for short stays and those prioritizing location, but improvements in cleanliness, noise insulation, and service presence would enhance the experience.
