The hotel is a bit far from the city. You always have to take a taxi. There is no beach! The staff is not really enthousiastic. The food was not very tasty. Rooms dusty. I would not recommenc this hotel. Better to pay a bit more and be right next to the city.
Staff friendly...Food great....location ideal
The location was lovely. Very near to Dolpin Reef, Coral Beach and the Underwater Observatory. Also away from the hustle and bustle of Eilat. The bus service into Eilat was very good, and it was nice to be able to use the bikes. Food in the Thai restaurant was very good. The hotel put on a very good party for New Year's Eve.
Staff friendly...food great...rooms clean
Great view from the rooms to the sea (but not all rooms providing this) The Breakfast was not good, the personal was not friendly, it was noisy.
Really good Hotel , really good price , nice view from the room , bycicles service for free, snorkling equipment for free - Huge breakfast Some problem with the movement inside the hotel.....to move from room-reception- room-swimmingpool etc.etc. u have to call a mini car to pick u up....and sometimes the service is not so fast.
Their transportation service, tuk-tuks, for getting to and from rooms was a great service. Although we rec'd confirmation two months before our stay, our reservation was not available and we did not receive the rooms we booked and paid for. The hotel personnel was not concerned or ready to fulfill the reservation.
Nice facility, great style & meals it was impossible to specify 2 beds requirement in the booking
being able to walk all the steps to our room, we could then eat more pool table was too small
The reall fantastic view from our rooms. Quite unusual rooms. Fast placement. Beatifull garden. The service in the main restaurant was not on the appropriate level... e.x. one day they just put our clothes to another place (table) without asking us anout it. They were not friendly with our calm family there at all.
The breakfast selection was huge. Beautiful pool. Overall, a very nice hotel.
Fantastic facilities and very enthusiastic, helpful staff. Good location, easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. 4 stars at 2 star price! Not really the hotel's fault, but it was very noisy due to children running around corridors all day and night until 1am. Children not managed by parents which didn't make relaxing near the very nice pool possible.
Fits the need of the kids packed
reception was pleasant, room were reasonable sized and clean; facilities quite good - health spa etc. it is a family hotel; three large pools, but if you want to swim and not just splash around, it is not possible. It is really great for families with kids who are all over the place, a bit noisy. We took the room, because everything else was booked that weekend.
We liked the staff very much. They picked up our daughters wet swimsuit from the floor and hung it to dry! She does not get this service at home. The waiter (trainee) was very interested in our son and they had a very interesting conversation about volunteering at Magen David Adom. Our 3 year old daughter broke her record in eating ice creams. The shul was very good. We loved the acrobats. The lifegueard at the swimmingpool was very responsible. I found the music in the lobby a bit loud.
Normal room, very good food. It's good choice if you have a car and ready to drive it to the beach. For those who don't have a car the hotel must offer shuttles to the beach and city center at least 1 in half hour. But it doesn't! The regular city bus goes once in hour or 2 depends on time.
we took 4 rooms. and enjoyed very much beeing with all our children.the food was very good. the entertaiment as well, the rooms were large and clean.
