Pros (+) Room was plenty big for family of 4, convenient to bus stop, DART station and air coach pick up, Michael the manager was helpful and friendly.
Cons (-) Elevators were broken, windows didn't open all the way, the facility was worn and needed paint and repairs, front desk staff was unfriendly at times, didn't leave enough towels for 3 people even though it was booked as a triple.
