I made my flight. That is all that matters
We were delayed 2 hours leaving STL. I had 20 mins from when we landed in SLC terminal A to make it to SLC terminal B. I had to actually run! thankfully I made my flight but 3/4 legs were delayed to some capacity.
Flight was OK from Detroit. The bag check process and TSA process at Detroit was absolutely appalling. Very confusing, totally up to passengers to print their own baggage tags, very long lines to get baggage checked after you print your own label, insufficient Delta personnel to handle the mass number of passengers, etc. Getting through TSA was difficult and confusing and eventually had to move down several flights of stairs to go through security at a recently opened location. Would rate the entire check-in process as poor as I have ever seen.

Ran out of my choice of main course in BClass. Kind of weird combo for substitute.
They only give snacks on the plane
Flight was cancelled after 3 1/2 hours. Support for rebooking was overwhelmed. Lost first class tickets and to fly economy.

Highly recommend. If you do not have Global Entry avoid BYC Kennedy! Horrible ground experience for immigration, luggage transfer and to connect to next flight with boarding card ready! Average wait standing in lines 2 hours! So 1900s security facilities in NYC Kennedy!!
I’ve been on this flight 4 times in the last year for work and the food never changes and always has my stomach upset by the end of the flight. The cold salad with dinner is never a fan favorite with my traveling team.
Flight cancelled going to FLL and flight from Miami delayed 6 hours. Had to rebook or miss connection.
Flight and seats were great. Food service was average at best. The real main problem we had is that we got cheeseburgers for the kids but the plates was extremely hot. Like ridiculously hot and the stewardess never said anything. Luckily or unluckily my wife touched the plate and was able to deal with it before the kids got burned.
Crew handling the boarding at the gates are quite aggressive with the passengers and must be given training/ refreshing courses to improve customer experience.
I love the free entertainment. It makes the trip go by quickly. I also love that the flight was not 100% full. There was a seat open in the middle. I hate traveling on flights that are jam packed and they are asking people to give up their seats or the overhead bins are full and you have to check your bag. It just makes the flight difficult. Thanks Delta!
No Wi-Fi the entire trip Despite booking a flight that said it had Wi-Fi
After the long flight from Paris and a 4-hour layover I was more than ready to complete the last leg of my journey. We waited a few extra long minutes to ensure everyone’s bags were onboard which I didn’t mind but….😉. Would definitely choose Delta again.
The Comfort+ seats were well worth the upgrade, with the spacious seats and two checked bags! I’ll consider traveling this way or business class in future.
Checking bag line was super long and confusing the Immgration line was super long the airport at mbj need better management etc

Fix the technical issues before departing the airport. We had no entertainment and inflight wi-fi due to technical problem. Imagine up in the air for almost 6 hrs on a cage!!
