Pros (+) Checking in was great! Embassy Suite rooms are always roomy and perfect for families.
Cons (-) The pool was dirty...had hair floating all in it and was discolored. A hotel employee swiped his key and just opened our door randomly. He apologized but it felt unsafe and unexpected. It was st 8 pm and he didn’t really offer a good reason for just opening our door for no apparent reason. Pros (+) The staff was phenomenal at the Embassy suites. The front desk check in was very easy. Brittany the restaurant manager was phenomenal and sent goodies to our room for our parties gathering. Restaurant staff very attentive. Housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient.
Pros (+) The fact that my wife and kids felt safe and comfortable.
Cons (-) Air conditioning in room wasn't working was given a box fan for the room.
