Pros: The staff was extremely helpful. They knew enough English to help us out. The room was very clean and the bathroom was roomy. The location was good for downtown Cuenca and it was a 20 minutes walk to old town.
Cons: There is no parking available and the room was not air conditioned.

Pros: Nice staff. Easy to find Close to city (if you have a car) clean breakfast good price
Cons: Room was not like the pictures. Very, very small. The "double" bed was only slightly bigger than a twin, despite having paid extra for the "double" over two twins. Air con was extra cost Had to pay an extra 20 Euros to get a room with a bed to fit two adults.
