Pros (+) Just a few miles outside of Cortona this small hotel gets to take advantage of its immediate neighbors- tennis courts, large swimming pool and a great restaurant. All use the same name but are independently owned - at one time under one ownership.
Cons (-) The hotel itself is small but it is up to date with some rooms offering kitchenettes. There is an elevator so luggage is easy to maneuver to the upper floors. The air conditioning is weak - consider just opening the windows for the fresh air. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good and the coffee excellent.
