Pros (+) The staff was polite, manager was a jerk.
Cons (-) Found a bed bug in my & had a bite on my hand. When alerting the front desk I was asked if I wanted my room switched, no.. I wanted a full refund and a new hotel. Took 30 minutes JUST to get in contact with the manager, they tried to give me a check instead of cash (I paid with cash) knowing I was out of state, not to mention the manager was a complete jerk and told me it was not a bed bug I found...
