Pros (+) the front desk personnel is excellent. I like the breakfast. the rooms are clean with an occasional dirty washcloth left in the bathroom from the previous occupant.
Cons (-) I left my ultrasonic toothbrush in room 161 November 16th and thought i would get it back the following week when i returned. When i returned on November 19th i couldn't get room 161 because of carpet cleaning and internet system upgrade. i spoke to the front desk and they requested the cleaning staff to look for the item. nothing was found. 2 weeks went by and no item was turned in. Cons (-) There was a used washrag in the tub when I checked in. Last week I was on the first floor and smelled strong sewage odor when the patriot above me wouldn’t flush the toilet or run water
Cons (-) Rooms smelled moldy and rooms did not seem to be clean. The tub was chipped and rusty at multiple areas. I know that it was a hundred bucks family oriented hotel but I would rather pay more and stay at a clean facility.

Pros (+) Though the pool looked very tempting, the brief walk across the street to the beach looked even better! Lower level room was clean and quiet, even with bar upstairs. Employee at breakfast was diligent in cleaning constantly.
