Pros (+) Felicia the front desk lady was amazing and very helpful. She’s an asset to the hotel.
Cons (-) My room was very basic and plain and nothing to be excited about and just not what I think I’m getting when I’m staying at “The Westin”. I intentionally got a deluxe room and there really wasn’t anything deluxe about it. The net net of it is the Westin, with all of its glory is really when it comes to the rooms pretty basic.

Pros (+) I liked the fact that it was downtown. No breakfast, No wi-if, no parking, AC was turned down to 66 in the room and it was still warm. Pool closed at 10PM... Paids $230 for one night for something that shouldn't have cost over $100 a night. All in all it was just VERY overpriced for what you get.
Pros (+) Its in a convenient location if you are in town for business. Restaurants are within walking distance. The airport is a short drive.

Cons (-) It is joined by other shops and free to the public. Dangerous entry late at night. Witness homeless people cursing guests out as they waited for the casino shuttle that partners with Westin Hotel and degrading females. Deserves more security by the door in that area.
