Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, making it easy to access popular attractions, festivals, and city landmarks. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests mentioning exceptional service from specific employees. Cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were also noted positively, along with spacious accommodations in some cases. However, several guests felt the hotel was expensive, with high prices for amenities, food, and parking, and some noted issues with value for money. Despite a few complaints about room facilities and noise, the overall experience was positive for most guests.
