Pros: Absolutely outstanding service and price!! I would recommend them to anyone in need of a rental in the KMC. Avoid Thrifty and Hertz on Ramstein at all costs!

Cons: They worked with me to get the best price. The car was great. The return process was fast.

Very rude peopleCons: The lady was very rude that worked there. She told me I didn't put gas in the car and I had to call some at home to take a picture of the receipt. The gas line was on full so how didn't I put gas in it upon return.

"Credit card insurance" nearly doubles the rentalPros: The car was very niceCons: The website quoted 30 per day but when I went to pick it up there was an additional mandatory 20 per day charge of "credit card insurance". Sketchy.

Pros: Staff was very rude and far from helpful.Cons: If you give me a price when I book online that better be the price I pay when I go pick up the car. Not €300 more than I was booked for.
