Pros:

When I arrived there, a very rude unwelcoming aggressive lady told me the car I booked for isn't available and she doesn't do 1 day bookings so I should take a smaller car, for 2 days, for double the price. She was outright aggressive. I didn't engage, left the outlet and called Hertz and Hertz told me she is a franchise so she has her own policy (apparently her policy is to tell clients threateningly to take it or leave it), and that they can cancel my booking free of charge. So imagine, they did a favor to me by canceling without penalty. Never again Hertz.

Cons:

I couldn't get the car I booked, for the amount of time I booked, not screamed at by the lady.
