I could not cancel online and had to wait for 20 minutes to talk to a rep who tried to charge me $100 cancellation fee!! Ridiculous. Won't use Hertz again. I had a big problem in the beginning ... but Sophia (manager in Cedar Rapids) was absolute amazing. She fixed the problem immediately and made me fell much better. I have rented from enterprise many times and she fixed the issue. I would like to take this opportunity to thank her.Cons:
Make sure you have plenty of staff in the evening to help with customers. Once again Sophia made this a great experience and I hope she gets a pat on the back on how much I appreciate her efforts to fix the problem. My flight was delayed due to bad weather over the Rockies, and by the time I arrived at my destination their booth was closed. I tried calling them 3 times during the day to alert them and no one answered (kept on hold every single time). They did not attempt to call me, and also did not leave the keys for my pick up. I ended up stranded at the airport trying to find transportation to my hotel. Awful experience.10.0 Wonderful
