Pros: The hotel is new, rooms are cozy and bathrooms are new and well decorated. The location is nice if you want to spend a weekend in Chamonix. Staff overall polite.
Cons: It feels like the management of this hotel doesn’t take care of things. The elevator was 3 days without light and they didn’t even care to put a torch or temporary light for safety reasons. The cleaning lady cleaned out room at 3.30pm while we wanted to rest! The spa had an empty bar where it was supposed to have tea to relax. The room had no mini bar and it was very hot- they was no air con. We were thirsty the whole time and when we went to the bar downstairs we had to wait for long to ask for a glass of water. It is the typical case where you see that the owner invested money for the infrastructure but the management is very poor. The hotel price was TOO expensive for low season so obviously the expectation was equivalent.

Pros: 1- Location is really good, close to the center. 2- Check in/out was fast 3- Swimming Pool looks ok.
Cons: 1- There was extremely bad & disgusting smell in the toilet all the time, asked them couple of times to clean it with no improvement. 2- Parking access is from back side, parking is not free & costs 15€ per night.

Pros: Clean room with balcony and a bath. Excellent customer service from one of the waiters. Nice jacuzzis, sauna and hammam. Nice and convenient ski rental shop inside the hotel.
Cons: Some reception staff were not welcoming. No enough hangers to hang towels and bathrobes bear sauna and hammam.

Pros: Was in a jam and booked this place on the go around 10-11am. Needed a place to park so I could hit the slopes. (Garage parking was 20 bucks.) Parking in Chamonix is a total shot show. Check in wasn’t until 4 but they let me check in early and park my car. Staff was fair and accommodating, room was clean, came with free water, plus extra drinks for a fee in the mini bar fridge if needed
Cons: Room was a tad small but I was there alone and it wasn’t very expensive so I found it a fair deal for the price. I’m sure there’s bigger rooms available if need be. But I went with the cheapest room because I was traveling alone.

Pros: Great location, nice simple feel and design, great service and good bar vibe/entertainment.
Cons: Very late check in policy (4pm) and early check out (12pm). Most people were having to change in the spa - not flexible at all on the check in times. Some parts of the facilities need improvement. Better toiletries.

Pros: The hotel is well located and has a great restaurant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable.
Cons: Although the hotel has a no smoking policy, they do not appear to enforce it because the corridors reeked of smoke sometimes.

Pros: Excellent breakfast buffet, friendly, cheerful and efficient staff, pleasant dining room.
Cons: Our room, in the annexe across the road, was oddly shaped with inadequate storage and a minimalist shower room. The plastic floorboards were not very pleasant to walk on but they were not slippery. If you could get into the shower, squeezing through the gap between the glass wall and the tiled wall (not too difficult for the slim and fit, but hard for an older man with a bad back) the floor was incredibly slippery and dangerous. There were no grab rails or non stick mats (which are horrible, but in this case we needed one) so this shower was inappropriate for all ages. We asked for more hangers which made the storage less awkward (brought very quickly by a cheerful and helpful member of staff) but cannot think how we would have managed if we had booked the room for a week's skiing instead of a weekend wedding. Accor should design their accommodation better than this: it was uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. The bed was good, though, as were the windows and the heating.
