Cons (-) The hostel is completely isolated from the center of Cartagena, so much so that it's located in an extremely sketchy and dangerous ghetto for a solo woman traveler. It'll be more expensive in the end since you'll be needing a taxi every time to take you to the attractions of Cartagena.
