Pros (+) I stayed in the annex in the back, and my room was well-heated and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and strong water pressure. No problem connecting to the WiFi. The owner was helpful and very clear about what he needed from me.
Cons (-) Nothing - would definitely stay again!
