Bath soap needs to be stocked in the bathroom
Pros (+) Very pleased. Staff friendly and helpful. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Great location near the Chain Bridge.

Cons (-) When we arrived to celebrate our anniversary, we were told we had been allocated a twin room as requested. I showed the staff our confirmation and we were told there were no other rooms available unbelievably until the following day. We returned mid afternoon next day and asked if our new room was ready to be told none available. After insisting they look again an upgraded room was miraculously fo...
