I like the onetime departure. I don’t like the following: (1). The boarding rule for economy class should be reversed to allow quick and smooth boarding. The higher seat numbers should be called first to the lowest numbers. It will prevent fighting for overhead cabin carryon bags. Thanks
The flight was smooth. There was no reason for delay whatsoever. All passengers arrived at the gate and therefore the flight should leave on time . Finally, calling of passengers to the flight can be smoother if they can follow the following: (a). After calling passengers with children, first class and business class . In the economy class, passengers with high numbers should be called first to the lower numbers last (b). This way will allow smooth boarding and also prevent overhead cabin fighting all the times. Thanks
Checking in was a little hustle, but the rest of the way good.
From Liszt the airport isn't over crowded. The screening process is always efficient. It's always clear where you have to go. Very organized.
Lufthansa transatlantic economy is like that of a low-fare airline like spirit airlines in the US. Food was yuck!
Space between seats….

Nice crew, very efficient. No food nor beverage, but you can buy some from the limited offers they have. No entertainment whatsoever, and you cannot buy it. No WiFi option. And the biggest downside is no sockets for charging. Which is very important, especially for a 5 hour flight (considering no option for charging 3 hours before takeoff and 2 hours after landing. In our era, it is a basic neccesity.
Seat reassigned without my consent
My seat assignment was switched without my consent. Ambient noise make hearing a little difficult
We loved the concern for all the passengers by the staff. I think a few staff can ease up on repeating the rules for the adult passengers and we will comply. Thanks
It was fun and fast
I love the entertainment.
I love the entertainment. I think the food could be better
The plane didnt arrive so we were transferred to Elal -Thank God
The boarding process was a bit wonky. Had extra passport checks. Made what I assumed was an automated announcement that the gates were closing when they barely started boarding. The crew and cabin were great. Friendly and helpful. Cabin was clean. The food was excellent I thought. Plenty of bathrooms.
Update flight infos on time such as gate #
Unpunctual, terribly disorganized boarding,
Overall not bad
All my luggage are missing and I still have not get it yet after file a claim please let me know what to do
Everything was great except for the awful selection of movies and TV and a seat back screen that barely works.
Boarding was a chaotic crowd push that was poorly managed. Once on board crew and all aspects of flight were excellent
I had a middle seat with a snoring man on either side of me for most of the almost 5-hour flight. You didn't have a not available/applicable option for entertainment. I didn't purchase any of the food or beverages, but I would have appreciated free water if it had been available.
Excellent check in agent in JFK! aisle seat OK. Boarding agents helpful Flight from Brussels to Tel Aviv VERY UNCOMFORTABLE middle seat with snoring men on either side of me. I would have appreciated free water.
has not yet happened as I am stuck in Brussels
flight got cancelled and I am still stuck in brussels and new flight coming from SFO (Special flight) is also delayed. and I will miss my connecting flight from IAD to AFO as well. Overall very bad experience.
Very tight aircraft to cross the USA in. No snacks as they ran out. limited video selection on the flight and too many commercials on direct TV. 1/4 passengers coughing and sniffling without masks. Flying home to high covid risk Oregon, no wonder it is endemic. At least I had 3 Lufthansa flights where they still require masks. This may help prolong my next round with Covid a week.
Very efficient loading and take off procedure in Geneva. One of the quickest sit down and go departures. Could have had more current video selections. Our plane was equipped with mostly first class and economy comfort seats so it seemed less crowded and roomy in these pandemic times.
Delay after delay. No communication where gate was. Meal vouchers were offered after all the eateries had closed for the night. Just a brutal experience
The delays were brutal. The Covid rules traveling through Canada was a mistake. Never flying to or through Canada ever again.
