Pros (+) Everything was clean and orderly, I felt safe and like the management took an interest in keeping things running smoothly.

Cons (-) I showed up @130 in the morning to find out that my prepaid room had been given to another guest. This was during Fashion Week and the US Open in NY where there are NO hotel rooms available for under 1200 bucks.
