Pros: Hotel has modern facilities, interesting interior design.
Cons: They couldn't find my reservation when checking-in, there was an empty bottle of water left on the room's floor when I arrived to the room, the receptionist gave me the wrong key at check-in to only find out that there was a guest in that room. They charged me taxes although they had already been collected by the agency (Kayak) and foreigners are exempt from such taxes. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Pros: I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free

Cons: When I checked in, they failed to tell me that the entire 3rd floor of the hotel was without air conditioning. My two night stay was very uncomfortable as the room was extremely hot. When I approached the manager about this, he said yes there is no AC and sorry you were not told and no other explanation. They were not able to change my room as the hotel was completely sold out.

Pros: The staff. Free breakfast with a variety of options. Location is safe with many things within walking distance. Shopping mall, parks, restaurants, groceries, atms, and pharmacy. Oh and hotel transportation was a big winner.

Pros: This giant hotel gets you most of the thrills you get in a luxurious one, protects the environment,and quality of service, food, rooms,location,and may more other good things, you can even borrow bicycles at no charge. I have been using Hotel B3 since 2014 and most of the staff work since, love it. Bottom line great value.

Cons: During the check out the receptionist asked me for a bribe in order not to charge me extra for my couple. I had to give him 40.000 COP$. I only stayed at the hotel for less than 24hs, uj believable.

Cons: Beds were very unconfortable, the noise of barking dogs in the neighborhood, the voices of the employees talking laud so early in the morning (6 AM) and the lack of dark drapes in the room made for a very unconfortable and restless stay.

Cons: The whole experience was not good. First day I found the mini bar snacks as if it had little visitors, mice. I was not informed of any tour visit. One of the front desk was not pleasant at all. The last night of my stay there was aa loud party in the room next to me and also when I left I was being charge for many things I did not understand...overall a very bad experience

Pros: Nicely run business class value hotel. Our suite included kitchen, living room with desk and table for eating in. Makes extended stays more comfortable. Breakfast was included and had plenty of variety including eggs cooked to order. Internet was good most of the time but when groups were in the hotel for meetings, noticed a significant drop off in velocity.
Cons: Location on busy Autopista Norte is easy to find, but traffic is heavily congested in front of hotel. If you are sensitive to noise, take a room backside. The bed mattress was very hard...so if you like softer beds, this is not the place. Also the bath towels are thin and rough. If I owned this hotel, I would replace the matresses and towels... would give this hotel a full 5 star rating.
