The location between Zona T and Calle 93 is ideal. The room is kept clean daily with bottled water. Lot's of sports channels on flat screen TV. Wifi worked with no issues everywhere. Breakfast included eggs if you ask. Hotel taxi always ready and cheap. The main drawback is the noise, but that's something you expect in Bogota. A construction crew near the hotel broke the law one evening and made noise until 2 AM. In fairness this could happen anywhere in the city. More bilingual staff would be great.
small room and limited staff on location small room and low shower pressure
Location, price, Front check in clerks. ,Simple plain attitudes. I aSk if they can help me booked a flight to medellin she ended booking a flight to cali instead . Horrible experience
The room was very modern, clean, and sleek. The staff was friendly and thorough. All this for a very reasonable price.
- Location is good. - Clean - Consistent "Hilton" atmosphere - I called front desk and room-service, several times, and nobody answered. -After finally getting through, it took over an hour for my room-service order to arrive... and it was just a simple breakfast for two. -Rooms arent very big -Bed is supposed to be king, but it seems smaller - Bathroom/closet door has no lock.
Excellent room in Executive Floor with butler, breakfast, computers, happy hour and clean sheets every day! Outstanding breakfast buffet with local delicacies. None.
The rooms are confortable, big and nice..The breakfast was excellent. They supposed to have a swimming pool.. it was closed for renovation they said
The breckfast The taxis car are very old
It is a super nice hotel, beautiful room, clean, the staff is amazing, very nice bathroom, and everything works perfectly. Great breakfast. Highly recommended I liked everything about this Hotel.
Professional personnel. Nice room. The swimmingpool etc. was under construction. This was not announced before !!!!
Its very fancy and comfortable. it took them 5 hours to bring me an iron board
Service/Aptitude provided by Hotel staff
I will never buy from you again hotel, lack of understanding and sensitivity to the customer, two out of the three I ordered I had to cancel and had to stay another day, instead of moving the date requested an additional fee, the hotel however did so with understanding and free The hotel understand and u guys not, i never get hotels from kayak again.
Friendly, welcoming staff. Everyone greets you with a smile and a genuine desire to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotel restaurant and lounge areas are beautiful and luxurious. The best complimentary breakfast I've ever had. The pool is really nice and great for swimming laps. Nice touch having eucalyptus leaves in steam room.
Concierge was very good, excellent service
A beautiful, comfortable hotel in the Chapinero section of the city. They know how to spoil their guests.
The hotel has a very distinctive European feel but the rooms are tiny and the hotel offers simply a bed to sleep in. The restaurant was expensive and terrible. As an American we are used to getting much more for our money than a place like this offers. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very young and eager to practice their English. They made up for the lack of amenities. The Hotel is within walking distance of the Zona Rosa a very safe night life area.
Perfect for business trip. Boutique and personalized service! Great bootcamp gym with personal training at a low cost! Rooftop bar is perfect for a drink after a long workday (open Wed-Sat). Viviana (manager) has a great team and has made a difference with the customer service offered to their guests! Breakfast could have more variety!
Bathroom, bed, staff, location, Undergoing construction, noisy at times, dust and workers milling around, fitness center not part of hotel and have to pay apart, top floor bar not part of hotel, would not allow charge to room or accept AMEX,
Excellent service, clean, accessible and value for the money. I love their beds, linens, rain shower heads and modern design. the emplyees are friends, professional and always able to assist. They need to improve the street noise situation, even though they are in what would normally be a quiet part of the city. There is a bar upstairs and restaurant downstairs. The music and guests are loud, and such nosie travels through their thin, drywall and glass windows. I suggest looking into double-pane windows to control noise.
The rooms are quiet even thought in Bogota that is difficult to manage. There is an exclusive disco on the top floor but we slept well. Friendly staff. Check in lobby a bit chaotic, music in the 100 grams restaurant too loud.
Loved the interior, furniture and very comfortable bed. The lounges were beautiful and breakfast was great.
Rooms get hot and no way to cool down.
I really enjoyed all the cutesy/funny design touches in this hotel. The look was very modern and original throughout, and parts felt like a design/art museum. I loved the patio on my "M" room, and wish I could have spent more time there. Mi novia and I really enjoyed hamburger bar on the roof level. I had heard some locals describe the hotel as a "gay" hotel, and while I think it definitely would have special appeal to a gay couple, the crowd was mixed, weighted toward young adult, with the odd toddler or two thrown in. It's within walking distance to lots of great cafes, parks and bars, and the area is very safe at all hours of the day/night. Some of the basic things were a bit lacking: For example, there was only one normal outlet in the room, which is kind of odd given the high-tech nature of the Hotel. There were also USB-A outlets, but only one worked. The iPad in the room wouldn't charge or would restart frequently (and seemed gimmicky/unnecessary). The odd layout of the rooms might throw some people, and I found myself bumping into things more than usual. Staff was a little unresponsive at times, I tried to get a cable to my room and had to ask 5 times before being told they didn't have any. Breakfast was so-so. Overall though, a very nice experience.
Courtesy, willingness to accommodate, well located, cozy, would revisit if the opportunity presented itself Some external traffic sounds could be distracting. Cozy means small but cute.
nothing your advertising is absolutely false
Their staff, facilities and food. Their staff honestly made me feel as if i were a vip guest regardless of my room. Thanks to Sara frok the front desk, my stay got a cultural approach. She gave me tips, highlighted routes in maps and schedules to museums, and gave her honest opinion when i asked about some day tours. She could easily work in a major tourism company. Had a great time being pampered by the chef and his creations and by the friendly staff i saw and talked to everyday. Made my stay even better. I would stay there without a doubt again. Location got a bit crowded during morning time, but then again is prime location and extremely centric to get to and from just about anywhere.
I was a little concerned going in because I had been asked to book at this hotel and afterwards saw the one and only review, which was a bit alarming. As I checked in, I mentioned the review and inquired about the renovated rooms. The only way to get a renovated room was to pay more money, which I did not have the authority to do. I decided to go look at the room and take it from there. The room was very nice and clean, the carpet was worn, but not to the extent that the first review led us to believe, at least not in the room I was put in. It really was very acceptable and was not in the front where it would have been loud from the traffic. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. The breakfast selection is excellent. The dinner menu is good but I did suggest at the hotel (they have their own survey card) that they provide one typical dish a day. I had to search for some of the local food as many of the restaurants I visited had foreign food. It was no big deal, but it would have...
The ratings I gave are based on the second room I stayed in. When I arrived I was assigned room #623. Boy was I surprised! It was NOTHING like the photos I had seen. The carpet was so worn that you can see all the cuts they did to put the pieces together when installing it. It was also dirty. When I opened the window curtain the wall paper was coming off the wall. It had black mildew from the humidity. The beds were almost on the floor. The mini bar fridge door would not open. The next day I spoke to Stephanie at Customer Service and told her that the room I had been assigend was nothing like what I saw on the website. She said that the hotel was being remodeled. I was assgined that room because I paid a discounted rate! ($118 per nite (2 nites) & $95 per nite (2 other nites). She spoke to her Manager and the Manager approved 'an upgrade' to another room. When I returned to the hotel to change rooms the attendant in turn (Pamela) was not happy about it and said that it will be done...
Overall my stay in the hotel was really good. The service was very amicable, and the staff was very willing when it came to service. Beds were really stiff!! And walls very thin, you can here your neighbor snoring!! or party!!!!
Great location, OK service, OK breakfast My room smelled like smoke the first night, there was only 1 towel in my room, sink was clogged with some type of dirt and when I asked to get it fixed, no one came up, I ended up fixing it myself.
