Pros (+) Not very much at all unfortunately.
Cons (-) The hotel junior suites are horrendous - no natural light, bad layout, awful design bathroom, ridiculously small wardrobe. So many knocked / bangs and damaged furniture. The 'suite' area is a joke - really - it's simply a corridor with internal floor to ceiling windows affording no privacy. Staff were disinterested during check in - preferring to chat to a couple of pretty young girls (really poor...

Pros (+) Ideal location if you're looking to shop & your trip is a short stay. Great roof deck!
Cons (-) Overall my stay was pleasant. Negatives: Too focused on turn around times. Front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly during check in and checkout. If you aren't checking out don't expect your room to be cleaned until 3-4pm. Slow room service.
