Pros:We arrived for the formula 1 races and the very nice staff let us leave our bags for the day as it was before check in time - when we came back and got our room it was lovely, quite chic and very clean- the decor is modern and the lighting mellow ( love!) The gentleman at the desk was super nice and recommended we eat at the nearby Mexican restaurant as there are not many eateries in walking distance- there is a Starbucks across the street so that was perfect- also they sell snacks and drinks - toothbrushes etc - We read some reviews that were mixed saying the rooms were small, the room was perfectly sized and not small at all! Very pleased with this hotel and I’m a neat freak- highly recommend
Pros:The ac that's it.
Cons:Fecal matter on the toilet seat , caked on. Disgusting. The remote control for the tv , I was told by the front desk that came up to my room that you have to literally stand up next to the TV and switch the channels. I paid a buck eighty for this ??? For 20 dollars more I am now in Renaissance room. No thanks - I won't return.

Cons:Room items did not work and the shower fixture had about as much pressure as one we jimmy rig camping. We were woken up at 6:30am by staff members preparing breakfast and the noise didn't stop until well after breakfast. Not the hotel experience I thought I was paying for.

Cons:We left our car there because they have airport transportation....when we returned the desk clerk said get a yellow cab an we will take care of it......we did, an when we arrived some older gentleman didn't seem to care what the desk clerk had told us.....thankfully, a clerk arrived and took care of us with a great attitude.
Pros:Great stay, room was nice and clean, staff was great, and the breakfast was awesome.
Pros:My flight was cancelled while I was in Austin. At the last minute I booked this hotel. I was looking for a good value, clean hotel, that was close to the airport. When I first arrived I received the best welcome from one of the employees. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I can understand why they won the JD Power Awards the past two years. You can truly feel it in the service. The room was large, well maintained and clean. The best part was the fresh cookies that they had when we arrived. If you are looking for a place near the airport, look no further.
