Pros (+) The roof over the walkways are rotted and leaking. Floors and furniture are stained. Noisy plumbing. If you're just looking for a place to stop and sleep, I guess this will save you from sleeping in a WaMart parking lot. Otherwise, there really isn't a lot to praise.
Pros (+) How quickly I was changed rooms after we let them know we did not want a smoking room because the smell was too strong.
Cons (-) Even though we were moved quickly, the water was extremely hot could not shower, brush teeth, wash hands etc. Had to shower in the tub with a cup in order to keep water from burning.

Pros (+) Our room wasn't huge or decked out with super new furnishings, but it was clean. Location was fairly close to places we wanted to go--most drives were only 10 minutes or so. Staff was polite.
Cons (-) Our toilet was running when we came in, and the carpet by the AC unit was damp. The AC unit blew directly at the bed--both my partner and I were constantly too hot or too cold at night from having it blow on us. Our room faced the back parking lot and we got a lot of noise from outside and the lot next door. Also, the room keys are electronic and get discharged really easily when they get too clos...

Cons (-) Very poor security. The first evening there, someone sat on the hood of my rental car resulting in a huge dent in the hood. It was loud, almost no security at all, the parking was terrible and it's apparent they have break ins in the parking lot.
